Negro League Baseball Discussion Forum: Negro League Teams – Information Exchange: Negro League teams and players in Western Canada

I am doing research into baseball in Western
Canada from roughly 1919 until 1959 or
thereabouts. During that period a number of
players from the Negro League went up to Canada
for varying stints with a number of Canadian
teams. I'd be happy to hear from anyone who knows
of players who were involved and would like to
share memories of their experiences. I'm also
interested in hearing from players or others who
have recollections of the barnstorming teams who
made whistle stops in Canadian towns and cities
during that era.
