In responding to a request for information about Gentry Jessup, I was told by his niece that he passed away in 1998, in Springfield, Ma.
Jessup was an outstanding pitcher for the Chicago American Giants, Birmingham Black Barons and the Carman Cardinals, in the Man-Dak League.
