Louden lived in Newark, NJ, and "Impo" Barnhill lived in Fla. (Miami?).
I was a member of the 1948 team along with Sammy Gee, also from Detroit. We joined the team after we were released by the Brooklyn Dodgers. Incidentally, I spoke to your father at the 1982 reunion in Ashland, Ky.
Rafe Noble (NY Giants) and Minnie Minoso (White Sox) were also members of this team. Your Dad was outstanding. He pitched in the '46 (2 games), '49 and '50 All-Star games.
