There must have been quite a few. Luis Tiant, Sr. comes immediately to mind.

I'm not positive and I don't have my Negro League Biographical Encyclopedia handy, but I think Lyman Bostock Sr. had a son who played in the majors.
I would guess there are others too.

Earl Williams, Sr., played briefly in the Negro leagues one year in the 1930s. 34, I believe. His son, Earl. Jr., was a top pitcher in the American League in the 1960s.
Lyman Bostock, Jr., was one of the better hitters in the AL until his untimely death. He was shot by mistake by an estranged husband.

Oh, I almost forgot. Tommy Taylor played in the Negro leagues at the end (59-61, I think). His son, Terry, pitched for the Mariners in 1988.

While watching the Orioles on the tube last night, I remembered the Hairstons. Sam played in the Negro leagues and even appeared in one game for the Chicago White Sox in 1951. He had 2 sons play in the majors and I think the kid now playing 2b for Balt. is his grandson.

Both are in the Biographical Encyclopedia of the Negro Leagues. Junior is interviewed in Voices from the Negro Leagues.
