Does anyone know if thes players are still living?

I am fairly certain that Connie Morgan and Lester Lockett are still living. I saw Mr. Lockett about a year ago and he appeared to be in pretty good health. I am not sure about Mr. Fields or Mr. Perkins.

Lockett and Fields are alive, the other 2 are gone.

Wilmer Fields is alive but my sources inform me that he is in poor health. Let us pray for his healthy recovery. In 1993, my wife and I had the pleasure and opportunity to attend the players convention in NY. We spoke with Wilmer and his wife for a long time along with Double Duty, Bill Cash, Lester Lockett, Mr and Mrs. Buck Leonard, Col. Jimmy Crutchfield, Perry Hall, Ray Dandridge, Leon Day, John "Mule" Miles, Josh Gibson Jr., Rufus Lewis, and many other players for a total of 26. These Legends of Baseball are humble men. Wilmer and his wife along with the other players are a treasure of tremendous historical facts.
