Need to identify time frame and location of a Negro team called Wilcox and Draper. Players included: Smith, Thompson, Hall, Keene, A. Lewis, D. Lewis, Burley or Busby, Tolbert, Anderson, Parris. Have an old picture of this team signed by team members. Want to establish year this team played and where. Found at estate sale of man who came from Minnesota area. Want to possibly find a museum or archive that could best make use of this picture for historical purposes.
