If the SABR wants to show everyone the top 100 "Major League" ballplayers of all time, well thats just fine. With fairness to the men who never had a chance to get on that list because of the years in which they played and the color of their skin the SABR should state that their top 100 isn't the top 100 "Baseball" players of all time only the top "Major Leaguers" of all time.

They should put the top baseball players of all-time not just the top 100 Major League players of all-time. Because their were Black ball players who didn't get the opportunity to show the talent they had in the Major Leagues because they were Black. They should have the top 100 baseball players from the Negro Leagues and the Major Leagues combine because there were players in the Negro Leagues who were just as good if not better than some of the baseball players in the Major leagues.

Now we are being asked to vote for the team of the century. Check the ballot. There are too few Negro leaguers on it. I don't think it matters, though; the majority of the voters will be people who have no idea of the contibutions made by these guys.
