Anyways,it's a great day for ALL of The Negro League and Black Baseball Players around the country…but most of ALL – the Sun's shinin brightly in Michigan this day for Turkey Stearnes
an the Detroit Stars!! I'm so very proud…and to All my good Negro League friends out their,and to the family of Norman Stearnes and especially his
faithful wife Nettie who believed in her husband 100%…My deepest heartfelt Congratulations!!
I got the opportunity this past Tuesday morning to be on sports talk radio's National program "The Men's Room" – One on One Sportstalk to talk abit about Turkey & The Negro Leagues…also later that afternoon on a local radio program as well.
